Some of our projects include:
- Ann Arbor, MI – 601 Forest student high-rise-Provided a full 3D design drawings When completed, the building will feature an apartment tower with approx 173 student housing apartments/606 bedrooms, 8,655 square feet of rent-able retail space and 2 story of underground parking.
- East lansing, MI – Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum – Provided full 3D BIM coordination for this design build project. The building will be longitudinal in form and oriented on an east-west axis with a unique building footprint with 46,000 square feet, its highest point is approximately 38 feet at the west, sloping to about 24 feet at the east. The structural system is a hybrid of steel framing and concrete shear and bearing walls.
- Fort Knox, KY – Human Resource of Excellence Center – Provided full 3D BIM coordination for this design build project. The Center was near a million square feet with over 7000 sprinklers.
- Salt Lake City, UT – VA medical center – We completed a design analysis for the 6 million dollar renovation for Paradigm Engineers & Constructors.
- Stillwater, OK – Oklahoma State University renovation – Provided fully coordinated 3D contract drawings for Poole Fire Protection. The Student Union Center at Oklahoma State University is the largest student center in the world. The entire project was drawn in 3D Revit.
